Can Tressed wigs and extensions or accessories be returned/exchanged ?

ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES Please be sure to check order for accuracy before completing your purchase. Nature of our products does not allow us to honor exchanges or refunds. Please keep in mind Tressed & Ready Wigs are NOT one size fit all. Head measurements are needed for custom fit.

What is turn around time for wig construction ?

For provide your own hair wig services, please allow 7 business days from the day hair is received. For custom wig orders allow 7-14 business days from the day orders are received. If adding color allow additional 3 business days. Shipping time NOT included. Please remember ALL Custom orders require FULL payment when the order is placed. NO EXCEPTIONS 

Shipping 

Products are shipped in the order received. Please allow 5-7 business days following shipping date for bundles, wigs and accessory orders to deliver. Please be aware that courier delays may occur due to COVID-19. Tracking information will be provided when label has been created. Tracking information will update as the package moves through the shipping process. Tressed & Ready-wigs will be shipped next business day if ordered after 5:00pm PST Mon-Friday.

How long does Tressed Extensions & Wigs last?

Longevity depends on care and maintenance. If maintenanced  properly, extensions and wigs will last a minimum of 1 year excluding Lace pieces as they are very delicate and will require replacement as needed.

How many bundles are needed for a Tressed Wig?

Desired wig style and density will determine number of bundles used. The More bundles you use, the thicker the unit will be. 10”-14” we recommend 2 bundles 16”-24” we recommend 3 bundles,  and for 26” and up 4 or more bundles is our recommendation.

Lost or Stolen products

Tressed Extensions & Wigs will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen products during shipping and or when delivered. Signature upon delivery is optional and additional shipping cost will be due.
